WEBSITE MAINTENANCE: 

Once the website is completed & ownership is transferred to you, it's maintenance & management become your responsibility.​A short tutorial video on how to maintain & operate the backend of your website is optional for a fee of R100. Ongoing site maintenance or updates are not included in the design package, however, an additional fee of R300 per service is optional.

 

​PROJECT TIMELINE:

The timeline for completion will be discussed & agreed upon before the project begins. Delays providing necessary content, information, or approvals from your side may result in a shift of the projected completion date.

 

​REVISIONS & CHANGES:

Two rounds of revisions are included in the design package, which means you can request 2x changes during the design process at no additional cost. Additional revisions beyond the two rounds will incur extra charges, which will be quoted depending on the scope of changes.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the project is cancelled by you within 24 hours of payment, you will receive a full refund of the initial 50% deposit. Cancellations after 4 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit as compensation for the time & work done.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP & RESPONSIBILITY:

You are responsible for providing all the necessary content (test, images, videos, etc.) that will be used on the website. All content provided must be original & free from copyright infringement. Pixel Equipt is not responsible for verifying the legality of content provided by the client.

HOSTING & DOMAIN:

Hosting fees & domain registration are not included in the design fee & are the client's responsibility. It is the client's responsibility to manage their hosting & domain renewals. Pixel Equipt is not liable for issues related to hosting services.

 

THIRD-PATY SERVICES:

If any third-party services or plugins (such as payment gateways, booking systems, etc.) are required, you will be responsible for managing their costs & integrations after handover, unless pre-agreed as part of the design package.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

​Pixel Equipt is not liable for any damages resulting from delays, interruptions, or failures in delivering the service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as server downtime, third-party service failures, etc.).

CONFIDENTIALITY:

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information, including project details, client data, & payment information, secure & private.

​

PAYMENT:

A 50% deposit is required upfront before the project begins. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon completion of the website. Ownership of the website, including full access to the backend, will be transferred to you after the final payment is received.

 

REFUNDS:

Refunds are generally not provided. However, exceptions may be considered in reasonable circumstances, at my discretion.
